Sarah Holland, Director
Sarah is a director of Sintel Global. She is also financial controller of our law firm Sinels and a director of our sister debt factoring company Booroola.
Sarah is a Certified Fraud Examiner with extensive knowledge of fraudulent financial transactions and fraud investigation. She is also a qualified accountant with over 20 years of finance management experience in both the public and private sectors.
Sarah has previously worked for both the Jersey and Guernsey Financial Services Commissions and has a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance matters and auditing regulated entities. Prior to joining us, Sarah spent a number of years living and working in Spain.
Clive Forbes, Manager
Clive has recently joined our bespoke Intelligence Agency - SINTEL, as manager.
Prior to joining us Clive was involved for over 35 years in law enforcement, both within the UK police service and the UK Home Office. For the last 20 years he has investigated and been engaged in combating national and transnational serious and organised crime. He has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in case investigation, intelligence gathering and management. His work has taken him to countries across Europe and the Balkans where he has advised and assisted the authorities in those countries on investigations and intelligence gathering
Leah Fulford, Group Operations Manager
Leah is our Group Operations Manager responsible for business development and marketing of our intelligence agency, law firm and debt factoring company. Leah worked for OTC Training and Consultancy before joining BPP Offshore where she opened and managed their office in the Isle of Man. After recruiting a team in the Isle of Man Leah then assisted with the development of the ICSA offshore Certificate and Diploma qualifications which was launched in eight offshore jurisdictions. After a short break Leah decided to change career and work as a Legal Secretary for Sinels, which then led her to work for Advocate Philip Sinel as his PA.
